"Wendy is one of the best and dedicated customer service person State Farm. I was extremely frustrated with going through multiple people at the office and then magically Wendy stepped in. She went out of her way to make sure to help me with getting my claim processed and also went the extra mile to help me with "Claims" people to get me reimbursed for Calibration for my windshield that needed extra work from the dealership as Satellite could not do it. The check is now on the way. Michelle K. People like Wendy are hard to come by nowadays, She is a Keeper!! Thanks Wendy!"

"My husband was insured with Statefarm for decade's and was Very Satisfied with they're service. When we became a couple I also became a very happy insured. The cost is less than a lot of other insurance companies. Jeannie Kreeger was our agent for years and has retired. Our New Agent is wonderful and happens to be the daughter of Jeannie. The Best part of having Statefarm for our insurance carrier is the Wonderful Staff that we have gotten to know over all of these years. We have had a lot of business taken care of by Lori Avery. Everything has been taken care of over and beyond our expectations and way more than other insurance co's would have done. The staff works together and are absolutely Wonderful. We're truly greatful. Thankyou for caring and going out of your way to help us."

"Whoever drives the chevy malibu is a horrible driver. 20mph under the posted speed limit and staying in the left lane blocking traffic making people go around them. Way to promote safe driving while having a car covered in your information."

"I had a phone interview with Xander Sears today to go over my policy renewal. He made me aware of things that I didn't have coverage on, and took the time to explain them to me. He helped me to save money, while also making sure myself and my daughters would be covered. He is very knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. He also went above and beyond to make sure there weren't any awkward silences while his computer was loading documents, by asking me about my kids, plans for the rest of the day, just general small talk. I would definitely recommend him, and State Farm in general, to anybody looking for coverage! I've been a customer with them for years, and wouldn't even think about going anywhere else!"

"I was confused about an umbrella policy I recently purchased and met with Xander Sears today. He was competent and helpful. He forwarded the info about the umbrella policy to the proper department for clarification and also took the time to explain aspects of my other policies and helped me save some money."

"Can't remember the username or password to log in to pay for the insurance bill...oh goody they have a pay as a guest option (what was the email and number you used for your account) like why can't I just type in the information from my bill?!?!?"

The guest option and forgot password or user name options are all available or you can call the 800 # on the site and they will help you as well."
