"Good morning John! I'm glad you mentioned this to me. We have multiple company cars, and I do review the importance of safety to our team who drives them. Do you happen to remember the type of car it was? I'd like to address this with the specific team member. As for how we gain clients, accidents are the complete opposite of what an insurance company wants! First, because we certainly don't want to see anyone injured in any way! Secondly, it only costs money - both to consumers and insurance companies - to pay for accidents. We are all human, and everyone makes mistakes. I'm sorry this one affected you! Be safe out there!"

"I'm delighted that I stopped into State Farm (Michelle Kreeger Agency Inc.) in West York today to open an insurance plan. Customer service: excellent. My rep, Xander, clarified a policy that was competitively priced compared to other companies, and it was also easy to understand. He spoke plain English rather than bureaucratic nonsense and, although the insurance business is highly legally jargonistic, State Farm has designed plans that are straightforward and logical. Highly recommend."
